**New Golf Options this year **

This year we have reserved Copper Creek Golf Club for the entire day. We have our normal 18 hole tournament plus a 9 hole option and learn to golf option in the afternoon. See options below.

Format: Best Ball / Scramble

Morning Golf:
Registration at 6:30am
Shotgun Start at 7:30am
Lunch and awards at approximately 1:30pm (after all teams are off the course)

Afternoon Golf:
Registration at 1:00pm
Lunch and awards at approximately 1:30pm (after all teams are off the course)
Shotgun Start at approximately 3:00pm

Golf Options

Morning Golf options:

Foursome - 18 holes AM (includes 18 hole tournament in the morning; breakfast and lunch; 1 mulligan and 15 raffle tickets for each team member)
Member: $1,700.00 + HST
Non-Member: $2,000.00 + HST

Individual - 18 holes AM (includes 18 hole tournament in the morning; breakfast and lunch)

Member: $350.00 + HST

Non-Member: $375.00 + HST

Afternoon Golf options:

Foursome - 9 holes PM (includes 9 holes of golf in the afternoon and lunch)
Member: $800.00 + HST
Non-Member: $900.00 + HST

Individual - 9 holes PM (includes 9 holes of golf in the afternoon and lunch)
Member: $175.00 + HST
Non-Member: $225.00 + HST

Learn to Golf + 9 holes of Golf PM (1.5 hours golf lessons plus 9 holes of golf in the afternoon and lunch)
Member: $250.00 + HST
Non-Member: $275.00 + HST

Full Day Golf Package

Foursome - 27 holes (AM and PM golf) (includes 18 hole tournament in the morning plus 9 holes of golf in the afternoon; breakfast and lunch; 1 mulligan and 15 raffle tickets for each team member)
Member: $2,200.00 + HST
Non-Member: $2,600.00 + HST

Help/Tips from a Golf Pro for 3 holes (AM tournament only)  $150.00+HST

Register and pay for a foursome by June 14th and be entered into a draw for 1 of 2 rounds of golf for 2 at Copper Creek Golf Club and 2 complementary registration to the 2019 LSO Annual Policy Forum

Attention Organizations
This is your opportunity to reach individuals in the Life Sciences Sector. We are currently looking for prizes for:
Golfer goodie bag: (past examples: sunscreen, mints, USBs, hand sanitizers)
Prize table (past examples: golf supplies - bags, towels, balls, clubs, shirts)
Silent Auction table (past examples: tickets (sport events, conferences, galas), gift baskets)
All donors are recognized onsite in the program book, as well as on the screens and thanked by the Golf Committee Chair during his remarks.
Donors will also be listed on LSO website.

Proceeds from the Silent Auction are donated in their entirety to Partners in Research, in support of Sanofi Biogenius Canada.
For more than two decades, the Sanofi Biogenius Canada (SBC) program has nurtured young minds and fostered great talent for the future, challenging high school students to carry out groundbreaking research projects in the field of biotechnology.
